Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
+ Analyzes financial performance for the company and provides leadership with financial decision making and provides insightful recommendations and ideas for process improvement
+ Pr ovide timely , insightful, actionable, and accurate financial reporting, analysis and recommendations to key areas in the company
+ Facilitates all processes and tools associated with annual business planning, forecasting, month-end close activities and monthly plan stewardship reporting
+ Create operational financial reports for the business and execute monthly reviews of the financial performance versus plan and prior year
+ Create and execute ad-hoc reporting requests and p rovide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's D egree with 5 plus years of related experience or H igh S chool Diploma /General Education Degree with 8 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master ' s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
