Position Overview:
As General Manager of this flagship project, you’ll oversee every detail of pre-opening and daily operations once launched. You’ll serve as a cultural leader, operational architect, and hospitality visionary. This is a rare chance to join something special from the ground floor and shape what will quickly become a go-to destination in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the values and vision of NOW Hospitality and the new concept.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including hiring, scheduling, service execution, and guest experience.
• Lead a team of passionate staff through high-volume service with professionalism and edge.
• Create and maintain a culture of accountability, creativity, and exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Analyze key metrics to drive revenue, manage costs, and hit financial targets.
• Participate in pre-opening logistics, training, soft launches, and strategic planning.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all aspects of the concept’s identity and development.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants or hospitality-driven environments.
• Strong leadership presence with a commitment to team development.
• Confident, creative, and comfortable working in high-stakes, high-profile settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor costs, and inventory.
• ServSafe and Food Handler certifications required (Manager certification preferred).
• Must be discreet and able to handle confidential projects with professionalism.
• Must have experience/connections booking talent or have skills that translate to booking professional music talent.
