Job Title: Food Lab TechnicianJob Description
The Food Lab Technician will be responsible for supporting bench trials and executing formulations provided by AI tools or R&D leads. This position offers an exciting opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, including mixing, shelf-life evaluations, and analytical testing in a laboratory setting. You will be conducting color and pH analyses, ensuring all results are meticulously documented and entered into internal systems.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct bench trials and execute formulations provided by AI tools or R&D leads.
+ Perform mixing, shelf-life evaluations, and analytical testing.
+ Conduct color and pH analysis.
+ Record and document results with high attention to detail.
+ Ensure all data is accurately entered into internal systems.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in laboratory work, quality control, and quality assurance.
+ Strong documentation and data entry skills.
+ Familiarity with Excel at a basic to intermediate level.
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
+ Self-motivated, eager to learn, and takes initiative.
+ Open to recent graduates or interns with relevant lab experience.
Work Environment
This position offers hands-on exposure to the food industry and proprietary innovation. You will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact proof-of-concept and learn from experienced R&D professionals in a collaborative environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
