* **Employer Branding:** Experience in crafting compelling job postings and leveraging recruitment marketing techniques.
* **HR Compliance & Best Practices:** Strong understanding of **federal, state, and local employment laws** as they relate to recruitment and hiring.
* **Collaborative Approach:** Work with department heads to assess workforce needs and implement tailored hiring solutions.
* **Sense of Urgency & Initiative:** Efficiently handle multiple open roles, ensuring quick and effective placements.
* **Exceptional Communication Skills:** Ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders effectively.
* **Tech-Savvy:** Experience with **Google Sheets, Excel, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS tools**.
* **Payroll Knowledge:** Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance, with experience using **ADP payroll systems** preferred.
