Job Overview:

We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong foundation in Service Design and Service Blueprinting to support our healthcare client in enhancing complex service experiences. This role focuses more on understanding holistic service journeys and designing systems and processes-not just screens. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging user needs, operational realities, and technology capabilities to drive impactful patient and provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or co-facilitate service design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders, patients, and providers to map current and future state experiences.
• Develop detailed service blueprints, customer journey maps, experience flows, and ecosystem maps that inform digital and non-digital touchpoints.
• Translate research insights into actionable design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical experts, product managers, developers, and UI/UX designers.
• Identify service gaps, pain points, and opportunities for innovation across the end-to-end healthcare journey.
• Ensure human-centered design principles are embedded throughout the solution design process.
• Communicate findings, strategies, and design decisions through clear documentation, presentations, and visual storytelling.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in UX design , service design , or related roles.
• Proven expertise in service blueprinting , journey mapping, and end-to-end experience design.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient journeys, or clinical operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile and cross-functional team environments.
