Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) Supply Chain is responsible for the online grocery delivery fulfillment strategy across the Amazon Grocery network including topology design, capacity planning, network optimization, store launch strategy and execution, and scenario-planning for physical stores and FCs. The AGL team is looking for a tech focused Supply Chain Manager to own strategic and cross-functional operational initiatives that support the growth of our Grocery business. In this role, you will use analytical, technical, strategic and tech stakeholder management skills to upgrade, improve and develop proprietary tools for analyzing network topology and capacity, aimed at maximizing selection and coverage while minimizing cost to serve. This role is expected to accelerate progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g. path to green), and escalating appropriately. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, strong communication skills and comfort with technical teams and systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable who is comfortable with ambiguity, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with large scale of data and communicating with tech and non tech teams.
You will work side by side with a talented team of operators, product managers and software developers in an agile environment to develop product concepts, define requirements and priorities, and decide future roadmaps.
Key job responsibilities
- Navigate through ambiguity, managing and coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the cross-functional processes and delivering on commitments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to share the project status updates in a timely manner.
- Work closely with partner teams such as Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to help improve output accuracy
- Work closely with Technology and Product teams to improve proprietary tech tools; test and validate model assumptions and outputs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of SQL
