About the Role:
As a tutor, you'll have the opportunity to work with students across the country, providing personalized instruction based on their individual needs. Whether you're helping students grasp a new concept, preparing them for tests, or working through learning challenges, your role is vital to their success. You'll enjoy the flexibility to choose which jobs to take based on your availability and preferred subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging virtual instruction to students, either in 1:1 or small group settings.
Adapt your teaching methods to make learning interactive and enjoyable, while focusing on the areas that the student needs help with.
Be responsive to student questions and feedback, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
Collaborate with students to establish goals, and help them stay on track with their learning.
Qualifications:
Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in Spanish, is highly preferred.
Prior experience with special education, accommodations, and working with students with learning disabilities is a plus.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
Must have the ability to make learning engaging and interactive.
Ability to pass a background check if required.
