Your Role:
As the Spa & Wellness Manager, you’ll oversee the daily flow of our spa, fitness center, pool, and locker rooms, ensuring each area feels welcoming, peaceful, and well-cared-for. You’ll work closely with your team to build offerings that are thoughtful and meaningful, lead with kindness and purpose, and shape a guest experience that’s both restorative and memorable.
You’ll also keep a sharp eye on operations—balancing wellness with smart strategy, nurturing your team, and guiding the department with grace and clarity.
Your Responsibilities (Rooted in Purpose)
Supporting your team with regular training and meetings that uplift, inspire, and connect
Tracking trends and guest preferences to keep services fresh, seasonal, and relevant
Forecasting business needs and thoughtfully adjusting staffing and cost drivers to protect margin and morale
Ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and running smoothly, with a focus on positive energy and guest comfort
Leading the selection and curation of retail and treatment products that align with wellness values
Creating spa programs and guest experiences that serve both revenue goals and restorative care
Helping shape and refine policies, systems, and procedures with integrity and efficiency
Fostering a culture that reflects warmth, professionalism, and presence
Who You Are
Licensed in Massage Therapy or Esthetics (required)
CPR certified or willing to be
Grounded, intuitive, and composed in busy moments
A thoughtful leader with experience in wellness, team leadership, and guest service
Comfortable with budgeting, scheduling, and working with booking/POS systems (SpaSoft is a plus)
Ready to support your team on weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
The Flow of the Spa
You’ll lead a wellness operation that flows with the rythym of the resort and needs of our guests.
Spa Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
