Title: Equipment Service Technician\
\
Job Summary: Perform maintenance and repair on agricultural and construction equipment in both shop \
and field environments.\
\
Essential Duties:\
\
1. Perform basic/complex agricultural and construction equipment diagnostics to determine repairs needed\
\
2. Accurately complete all documentation associated with the parts and services performed\
\
3. Review productivity reports with Service Manager and meet efficiency and recovery goals set forth by the company\
\
4. Participate in all job-related training and development courses as assigned by the Service Manager\
\
5. Account for all time on a timecard and for all material used in performing service and repairs\
\
6. Follow all safety rules and regulations set forth in Safety Manual\
\
7. Promote customer loyalty and goodwill by developing fair practices on billing customer tickets\
\
Competencies:\
\
Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of agricultural \
and construction equipment\
\
Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems\
\
Excellent skills in operating vehicle and equipment use for diagnostic purposes\
\
Team oriented with positive attitude and desire to provide excellent customer service\
\
Valid Drivers License\
\
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of technician experience, and should be an energetic, motivated self-starter who is team oriented with a positive attitude and the desire to provide excellent customer service. Automotive and transportation techs are encouraged to apply.\

Work Environment: This job operates in both an office and field environment, including exposure to varied weather and uneven surface conditions.\
\
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand -walk -use hands to finger, handle or feel -and reach with hands and arms.\
\
This job requires the employee to lift at least 25 pounds routinely.\
\
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some evenings and weekends as necessary.\
\
Travel: Local day travel is a regular part of this position.
