We are looking for a **Marketing Lead** to join our dynamic team and spearhead our efforts to drive brand growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.
**Core Hours & Benefits:**
* Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time
* Base Salary: PHP 60,000- PHP 80,000 monthly depending on experience
* Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares
* Additional Benefits: Equipment Funds, Health Coverage, Paid Holidays & Leave Days
* Location: Philippines (Remote)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, develop, and execute diverse marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
* Oversee and update the company website to ensure it aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
* Manage and optimize effective Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
* Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other content that attracts and engages a qualified audience.
* Analyze marketing data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.

* Strong experience in content creation, content strategies and SEO
* Strong technical writing skills
* Proven experience in Google Ads
* Experience with affiliate marketing
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
* Experience working with tech or start-up companies is a must
* Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
