We are looking for Senior Technical Recruiters to join one of our exciting client in the technology space. In this role, you will directly work as an extension of their existing TA ecosystem, identifying and attracting top talent that aligns with their company values and goals. You will play a crucial role in the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Please note this is a 6 months contractual position with a strong possibility of extending into a long term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement specialized recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical and engineering talent for various roles.
Collaborate closely with engineering and technical hiring managers to define detailed job requirements and craft precise, compelling job descriptions.
Source technical candidates through platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, and niche engineering communities, in addition to job boards and professional networks.
Lead technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural alignment with the team.
Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and ensure accurate tracking of all candidates.
Foster relationships with top engineering talent, providing timely updates and creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
3-6 years of experience in technical/engineering recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for diverse tech stacks and specialized roles.
In-depth understanding of various technical roles, programming languages, and the skills required for each position.
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment portals, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to efficiently manage candidate pipelines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , enabling you to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to juggle multiple recruitment processes at once, while ensuring top-tier quality in candidate selection and evaluation.
Proven success in developing and executing effective, results-driven recruitment strategies.
Passion for diversity and inclusion , actively promoting equitable hiring practices that attract a diverse pool of top technical talent.
