SENIOR ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

* You boast 5+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on high-tech/mission critical construction.
* A construction management or electrical engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
* Your electrical construction background (apprenticeship, journeyman, project/general foreman a plus) is the foundation.
* Strong financial experience with stellar communication skills (written and oral) to keep everyone on the same page.

Responsibilities:

* Take complete ownership of assigned projects, managing schedules, budgets, change orders, materials, client relations, and billing.
* Build strong client relationships, nurture key accounts, and identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with your team to craft accurate project estimates and bids, ensuring project success from the start.
