Description: Prepares daily sample requests, mailings. This involves pulling the paper needed, typing labels, checking for accuracy, putting package together (approval for Federal Express labels) and mailing. Reviews incoming purchase orders for possible sample stock. When samples are received, check basis weight, caliper and grade to ensure samples are correct. Maintain the Lektriever with current samples and discard outdated samples. Coordinate with plant to correct any discrepancies. Sends and distributes mail daily and keep all “in” boxes and fax machines clear.
Hours are 8:30AM to 5:30PM Monday through Friday.
