Job Description

Principal Engineer Salesforce (ie. Solutions Architect): Phoenix AZ or remote Contract to hire We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce s suite of products and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions.

Solution Design:

• Lead the design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements, performance and security standards, approved architecture designs, and best practices.
• - 35% Technical Design: Develop detailed technical architectures, including system components, integrations, and data flows
• - 20% Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• - 15% Technology Selection: Research and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms and tools to build the solution.
• - 10% Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• - 7% Customization: Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Our company code.
• - 5% Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve our Salesforce environment.
• - 5% Cost Estimation: Provide cost analysis and project planning for solution implementation
• - 3% Knowledge

Skills and Abilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Works closely with the developer team to ensure that projects are delivered correctly and on time.
• Perform Impact analysis in all aspects of the Salesforce domain

Required Skills : Hands on Salesforce experience (i.e. Salesforce Architecture, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio. Our company, Visualforce, Lighting Components) Required: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect Preferred: Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect, Identity Access Management Architect, Integration Architect, Platform Developer I, Data Architect, Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Architect Certifications
