Job Description

Job Title :Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Generate and nurture leads through outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
