Cotopaxi is lacing up its boots and making its way to Georgetown!
We’re opening a new Cotopaxi pop-up store this summer , and we’re looking for a people-first leader to bring the magic of our brand to life in Washington DC.
This isn’t your average retail channel. Our brick & mortar stores are hubs for connection, inspiration, and adventure. As the Store Manager, they/she/he will launch and lead a new Cotopaxi location in a new market. From hiring and coaching your herd, to building community partnerships, hosting events, and driving day-to-day ops, you’ll help create a high-impact and vibrant store experience fast – inspiring others to become fans of the brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on connection, builds trust through action, and loves growing others. You’ll be a key leader in our retail herd helping scale our unique retail experience.
