Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive residential home inspections with accuracy and professionalism • Identify defects, safety concerns, and maintenance issues • Provide detailed, easy-to-understand reports via Spectora software—delivered the same day • Communicate clearly with clients, agents, and team members • Maintain a schedule across a multi-county service area • Represent Full Circle’s mission of excellence and integrity in every home you enter Qualifications: • Licensed Home Inspector in Florida (required) • InterNACHI Certification (preferred) • Excellent attention to detail and time management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset • Passionate about protecting clients and educating homeowners • Willing to travel locally as part of your territory • Unafraid of walking on roofs or climbing in attics and/or crawl spaces • Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record and reliable transportation About Company: At Full Circle Home Inspectors, we believe every inspection is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
