Job Title: Recruiter
Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to support our client’s high-volume talent acquisition efforts. This hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote), contract-to-hire opportunity can be performed remotely on a temporary basis, but candidates must be open to a hybrid model at one of the client’s U.S. office locations if extended permanently. The Recruiter will play a critical role in executing timely hiring strategies—particularly around entry-level and graduate hiring—and will be expected to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Compensation:- Compensation is based on experience and candidate requirements.
Work Schedule:- Monday to Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter:- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting through offer acceptance
- Coordinate hiring for early-career talent, including summer program hires and recent graduates
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure hiring timelines are met
- Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Adapt quickly to new processes and recruitment tools
Qualifications and Skills for the Recruiter:- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, professional setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using ATS platforms; Workday experience is a plus
- Quick learner with a self-starter mindset
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented
