Overview:
Back-in-Action Rehabilitation, S.C., an independent Physical and Occupational Therapy provider since 1993, is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for their established clinic location in Mayville, Wisconsin.
The full-time Physical Therapist will work a flexible schedule. The clinic is open Monday - Friday. The PT hired will treat a wide variety of patients in a beautiful outpatient orthopedic setting. A condensed work schedule at 10 hours per day is the default. Working five days a week is also a possibility. Also, the PT hired for this role will work until 7pm two days per week.
Full-time hours are available and hiring a PT with full-time availability is ideal. Candidates who are available for at least 32 hours per week will also be considered. No weekends / No holidays.
The position includes exposure to a range of treatments including: Work Related, Pain Management, Pre & Post Operative Conditions, Auto Accidents and Sports Injuries.
PTs working a 10 hour shift should expect to treat 12-14 patients per day.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this position starts at $72,500 and goes up based on experience. This position also includes incentive pay based on performance.

Job Requirements:
· Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
· A minimum of one year of prior experience in the outpatient setting is preferred.
· Dry Needling experience is preferred.
· New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
· Work as a team player with confidence and independence.
· Full-time is required. Candidates who are available 32+ hours per week will also be considered.
