About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Colorado Springs. You will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide individualized care that supports our patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises

  • Document patient progress accurately and timely in the EMR system

  • Educate patients and their families on home exercises and injury prevention

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment

  • Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

  • Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for helping patients reach their goals

  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!
