Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist / Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional care to our patients by delivering high-quality phlebotomy services and providing excellent administrative support.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional patient care: Perform accurate and efficient phlebotomy procedures, including blood draws, EKGs, and other clinical tasks.
Ensure a seamless patient experience: Greet and check in patients, verify insurance information, and answer patient questions.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace: Manage inventory, prepare exam rooms, and ensure the clinic is clean and well-stocked.
Provide administrative support: Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

What You'll Bring:

At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist (excluding training/externships).
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A positive and patient-centered approach to care.
Proficiency in computer applications, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Bonus Points:

Phlebotomy certification.
Experience with extended scope care (e.g., EKGs, vaccinations).
Bilingual language skills.
