Pediatric Dentist

Pediatric Dentist needed in Ashland, ME

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore this opportunity in Ashland, ME. This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Federally Qualified Health Center.

Salary and Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 – Based on years of experience
  • Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
  • Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
    • 100% for Employee
    • 80% for Family Plan
  • Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance
  • Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums
  • Life Insurance at 2x annual salary
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage at 100%
  • Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment)
  • Student loan repayment through the NHSC
  • 120 hours of paid vacation in first year and 160 hours each year after
  • Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year
  • 10 paid holidays
  • CME Time Off – 40 hours of time toward and $2,500 annually
  • Professional liability insurance through FTCA at no cost to employee
  • Relocation Assistance Available

Responsibilities

  • Monday – Friday
    • 8- or 10-hour day schedules available
  • 100% outpatient
  • 15- 18 patients per day
  • Full Support Staff
  • Providing quality dental care and emergency services

Requirements

  • New Graduates Welcome
  • Clear and Active Dental License in the State of Maine
  • Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Knowledge, experience, and active support for rural community dental care
  • Mentor and supervise hygienists and dental assistants
  • Experience working with community health centers preferred
