Maintain accurate and up-to-date real estate transaction files
Assist with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors throughout the transaction process
Ensure all transaction documents are properly completed and filed in a timely manner
Provide support to the real estate team in coordinating and scheduling appointments and showings

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic typing and computer proficiency
A proactive approach to problem-solving is a plus!
Real Estate or Title experience a plus but not required
