This is a part-time position.
Shifts: Monday and Tuesday 8a-7p
Hiring bonus of $1000 ($500 after 90 days and a favorable review and $500 90 days after)
Must have an ACT 235 security card

Job Summary:

• Maintain security and safety through regular patrols
• Act as a visible deterrent to illegal activities
• Enforce rules, regulations, and procedures
• Respond to security assistance needs during emergencies
• Provide excellent customer care and assistance to the public
• Manage escalated situations empathetically
• Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
• Prevent unauthorized access and respond to incidents
• Monitor closed-circuit television for security issues

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Quick problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to the well-being of others
• Proficiency in using computer systems and applications
• Must be 21 years old and possess an ACT 235 Security License

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one-year related experience
• Active Security license or ability to obtain one

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing
• Foot patrol
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds
• Stay alert at all times
