We are looking to add a Mail/Office Clerk to our phenomenal team! The position provides a variety of mail-room support services at our Corporate Office, Monday through Friday in the afternoons (~12:30 pm - 4:30 pm). This position requires a reliable and detailed oriented person to ensure incoming/outgoing mail is processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail & packages within established time frames.
  • Meter all outgoing mail.
  • Drop-off mail at local post office.
  • Support the Bookkeeping Department with certificate of mailing requests.
  • Pack/unload the courier mail.
  • Delivers copier paper so that it is available at all times at the various copier stations.
  • Replaces toner in the photocopiers as needed.
  • Schedules service repairs for office equipment.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies.
  • Ability to proficiently use equipment and systems such as a printer, scanner, postage stamping machine.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Can effectively multi-task, demonstrating excellent time management and organization skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic use of Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Physical Demands

  • Bending, reaching, lifting and periods of sitting or standing
  • May lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
