About the Role:
As a Teletherapist, you'll provide vital mental health support through our secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. You'll conduct standard 45-60 minute therapy sessions, building meaningful connections with clients in the comfort of their own homes.
We offer both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your lifestyle. Full-time therapists typically manage a caseload of approximately 30 client sessions per week. We understand it takes time to build a full caseload and support part-time growth into a full-time position if desired. We also welcome part-time therapists who can commit to at least 7 sessions per week.
Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and effective therapy sessions via our telehealth platform.
Perform comprehensive client assessments.
Develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes.
Collaborate with our team to enhance our services and client outcomes.
Contribute your insights and suggestions to help our practice grow and better serve our community.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia, and be eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels. (Clinicians with licenses in multiple states are highly encouraged to apply!)
Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations.
A strong desire to contribute to a growing organization by sharing your expertise and ideas.
Flexibility and commitment to building and maintaining a consistent caseload.
Reliable high-speed internet access.
A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace for conducting sessions.
Comfort and proficiency in providing therapy via telehealth.

Competitive Compensation: Earn a competitive income based on a 60/40 split (bi-weekly pay based on sessions conducted, not on insurance collections). You receive 60% of the billed amount regardless of insurance payment.
