Payment: $13-15 per hour

Overview: Advanced Interventional Pain Consultants is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in medical administrative support, demonstrate outstanding patient service skills, and possess the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a specialist medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and appropriately direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently, optimizing both patient satisfaction and clinic workflow.
• Verify and update patient insurance information accurately.
• Maintain and manage electronic medical records (EMR) with precision.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the clinic.
• Take patient vitals and document them accurately in the EMR system.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a medical office setting, particularly in specialties such as pain management, orthopedics, or other specialist offices.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and patient scheduling.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience with E-Clinical Works software.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Additional experience in medical administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of medical billing procedures.
