Smartworld LLC is seeking a polished and professional Lobby Concierge to join our esteemed team. As a Lobby Concierge, you will serve as the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional service to guests and clients who enter our building. Your primary responsibility will be to create a positive and lasting impression by assisting visitors with inquiries, offering directions, and providing detailed information about our services and facilities. You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that all guests feel comfortable and supported during their visit. If you possess outstanding communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to have you join our Smartworld LLC family as our Lobby Concierge.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and clients with a warm greeting and professional demeanor upon their arrival.
• Provide information regarding building services, local attractions, and event schedules.
• Answer questions and assist guests with their needs, offering personalized recommendations as necessary.
• Monitor the lobby area to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
• Assist in coordinating amenities such as transportation, reservations, and special requests.
• Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Work closely with security and facility staff to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in a hospitality or concierge environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
