Responsibilities

• Client Guidance : Provide a thorough understanding of loan programs, closing costs, and processes to help prospective buyers make informed decisions.
• Collaboration : Work closely with real estate professionals, builders, and community members to gather all necessary documentation and meet underwriting requirements.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain an active, rolling pipeline of loans and ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to.
• Business Development : Build and maintain relationships with bankers, realtors, and referral partners through networking and prospecting to attract new business.

Qualifications

• NMLS License : Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License.
• Experience : Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with loan origination software (such as Encompass, LendingWise, or Calyx) and Office Suite is highly preferred.
• Self-Starter : Experience with self-generated leads and an established network of referral partners.
• Compliance : Knowledge of lending regulations and underwriting guidelines.
