Job Title:   Land Survey Technician

Location: Sugar Grove IL

Salary: $45-65K 

Requirements: HS Diploma with 2+ years of experience

Additional Ways In Which A Candidate May Stand Out Would Be:

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation

What you will be doing:

• Field work for construction layout, topographic surveys, subdivision development, ALTA Land Title Surveys and roadway projects
• Review and follow project scope, maintaining clear and accurate field notes and electronic data
• Perform physical tasks such as pounding stakes, setting monuments, clearing line, walking through a variety of terrain, carrying equipment, etc.

What you need for this position:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of related experience
• Working knowledge of GPS and robotic Survey equipment 
• Understanding of construction layout, topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA Land Title Surveys, and subdivisions
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of field conditions, temperatures and weather 

• Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
