The Shanghai Call Center, conveniently located in the Shanghai city center, is a nonprofit oriented hotline established by the Shanghai government in 200 6. The hotline provides expatriates with a free-24 hour information and translation service portal. Current Location: Shanghai, China Address: Xuhui District, Lane 345 No. 27 Shilong road, Block E, Room 201.We are currently looking for a Multilingual Interpreter to join us full-time. You'll be joining a young and dynamic team of bright interpreters and editors who are passionate about language and culture. You'll find yourself working in a multi-cultural environment, as you'll be communicating with people from all over the world on a daily basis. The company will give you the opportunity to learn and grow, and will provide you with weekly language classes (English, Spanish, French, Esperanto, etc.), as well as field trips to learn about Shanghai and to discover expat hotspots.▪ Answer questions from callers according to the database▪ Provide over-the-phone interpretation service between Mandarin, English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, German, Russian or Arabic)▪ Meet customers’ requirements in a positive and professional manner
