Salary: 140,000 - 160,000 USD per year Requirements:

• To perform this job successfully, I require that candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related area, or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in an Information Security role, is required. Additionally, I expect 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. A Master's Degree is preferred, along with experience working in the Financial Services industry and with law enforcement or relevant government agencies. Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Security Manager (CISM) are also preferred.

• In this position, you will be a critical member of the Chief Information Security Officer's (CISO) team. You will be responsible for translating IT risk requirements and business constraints into technical control requirements while developing metrics for ongoing performance measurement. You will coordinate the IT organization's technical activities to implement and manage security infrastructure, reporting regularly to management on the status and service levels. Specific duties include developing a security program, managing threat assessments, consulting on security in hardware and software selections, and coordinating incident response efforts. You will also be working closely with the Information Security organization, IT, and business stakeholders to establish metrics and strategies that communicate the progress of our security program.

The position will be based at 201 W Walnut, Rogers, Arkansas, working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with additional hours as necessary. Our successful candidate will demonstrate an inquisitive nature and a proactive approach, staying ahead of trends like malware and AI-driven attacks. They will possess strong skills in diagnosing root causes and guiding teams through complex situations. As part of our team, you will support and uphold our mission, maintain confidentiality, and promote a professional working environment. The physical demand of this role includes occasional travel within the US, and the work environment will typically feature moderate noise levels. The pay for this position ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, with a comprehensive suite of benefits available.
