This is a high-earning potential role with an average annual income between $100K-$160K, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses.

What You'll Do
Conduct in-home and in-business sales of solar energy, backup power, and energy-saving solutions
Work with residential and commercial prospects in Louisiana through local and remote appointments
Create custom solar proposals and manage all necessary sales documentation
Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and industry relationships
Close deals and sign contracts with homeowners and business owners
Manage your schedule efficiently, set goals, and work independently
Use company-provided tools to qualify prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with the team on sales targets and market strategies
Stay updated on industry trends by attending meetings, training, and marketing events
Submit sales reports and provide market insights to leadership
Strong growth potential for career advancement
What You Bring
A positive, energetic, and motivated attitude with a drive for success
Confidence in public speaking and sales presentations
A proven track record of sales success, especially in one-call close sales
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (solar, home improvement, auto sales, or in-home sales preferred)
Ability to self-generate a portion of leads and initiate marketing efforts
Proficiency in business software (Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Slack)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (bilingual is a plus!)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
Willingness to work occasional weekends for marketing events
