We are looking for a talented and creative  Graphic Designer to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be creating engaging and visually compelling social media content to showcase our work and support overflow project demands. Experience with web design is highly valued, as we occasionally require design contributions for websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content Creation: Design eye-catching and professional graphics to promote our projects and initiatives across platforms.
• Project Overflow Support: Assist with various graphic design tasks as needed, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all content and platforms.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life and enhance project visibility.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Web Design: Experience with tools like Figma or WordPress is a strong plus.
• Social Media Design: Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and branding projects.
• Creativity: A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align with team goals.
• Time Management: Ability to manage part-time hours efficiently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media design.
• Previous experience working remotely or as a freelancer.
