Golf Shop Attendant
Golf course in Villanova, Pennsylvania is looking for a Golf Shop Attendant.
Position Overview:
Essential Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage with members and guests in a courteous, energetic, and professional manner.
• Process golfers tee times using our tee sheet system.
• Adhere to golf operations policies and procedures.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable personal appearance.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Assist customers on the phone in a helpful and energetic manner.
• Keep the golf shop tidy and organized.
• Manage inventory and restock items on the floor.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Process transactions efficiently and consistently.
• Collaborate on merchandising and promotions.
• Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and varying schedules week to week.
Experience using a POS (Point of Sale) system.
Previous retail experience (preferred, not required).
Familiarity with the game of golf (preferred, not required).
Background in customer service (preferred, not required).
Compensation:
$15.00 – $16.00 per hour.
