Position : Go-High Level Client-Facing Developer

Working Schedule : 9a-6p EST

Salary Range :$1,500-$2,500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client-Facing Developer to support our chiropractic business coaching software. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing solutions within the GoHighLevel platform while providing direct support to clients. Your expertise will be crucial in onboarding new clients, addressing technical issues, and ensuring seamless software integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the GoHighLevel platform.
• Work directly with clients to onboard them onto the platform and ensure smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time support through Slack, Voxer, and Google Docs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance software functionality and user experience.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and solutions for internal and client use.
• Continuously improve and optimize automation and integrations to streamline client operations.
• Provide training and guidance on GoHighLevel features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ year of proven experience working with GoHighLevel for development and automation.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using Google Docs, Slack, and Voxer for collaboration and support.
• Experience with CRM customization, automation workflows, and API integrations.
• Ability to analyze client needs and implement effective technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
