Job Summary: The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) for Window Hero plays a critical role in supporting the success of our franchise partners. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and supporting franchisees and their teams to drive operational excellence, brand compliance, revenue growth, and unit performance. The FBC works collaboratively with franchisees to develop actionable business plans, identify growth opportunities, and instill best practices that align with Window Hero’s brand standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary business consultant and operational coach for Window Hero franchisees.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchise owners and their teams.
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits to franchise locations to evaluate operations, drive compliance, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Support franchisees in developing and executing strategic business plans focused on sales growth, cost control, and service delivery.
  • Analyze performance data, including KPIs, P&L statements, and customer satisfaction metrics, and translate insights into practical coaching strategies.
  • Lead and participate in training efforts, including onboarding, field coaching, classroom instruction, and ongoing education.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational systems, processes, and training tools.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and service quality across all franchise locations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a franchise operations , business coaching, or multi-unit management role.
  • Experience in home services, construction, or property maintenance industries.
  • Solid understanding of P&L management, KPI tracking, and small business operations.
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • High energy, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time (including overnight stays).
