Description

Come join Apple Finance as a member of one of the most visible departments in the organization. Our Corporate FP&A team has an opening for a Financial Analyst who will support Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis, collaborating with a variety of teams to help execute and improve the forecasting process. This is a highly visible position, rich in data analytics and operational improvement opportunities that supports a key financial function of the company. In this position, you will produce and analyze forecasts for senior management, explaining the business drivers behind any movements and also connecting macro economic events with the micro financial details. The role requires solid business understanding, analytical skill, and the ability to influence. This is a great career opportunity for someone looking to compliment their varied finance experience with a complete company picture. Strong communication is key given the audience who will consume the analytics. Focus is always on communicating the business drivers behind the financial data to enable management to make informed decisions. The analysis produced is key to the Executive Team’s future decision-making and interpretation of financial results. Extensive knowledge and experience in indirect cash flow accounting, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting as well as experience with working capital accounting and analysis is an advantage. Technical skills in SAP, Excel & Tableau are vital to be a success and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance experience, or related forecast/planning experience
• BS or BA in Business/Economics or equivalent or relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diligence and attention to detail
• Collaboration and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships with business partners and peers
• Strong accounting background
• Extensive SAP, Excel and Tableau knowledge
• Forecasting experience

Pay & Benefits

• At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
