Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we will serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units when we open in Spring of 2025.

Family Nurse Practitioner Position Description:
The FNP serves as an advanced practice nurse in the area of family or adult nursing working in direct patient care activities. Direct care functions include providing physical assessments, ordering labs, and other services. Indirect care functions include assuming role as a researcher, consultant, liaison, and educator. Prescriptive authority is accomplished through collaboration with a physician.

Must meet and maintain credentialing requirements and maintain membership to Southridge Behavioral Hospital's Medical Staff
