eCommerce Digital Engagement Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity 3 days/week in our Conway, AR office.

Salary: $50,000-$64,000

About the role

As a eCommerce Digital Engagement Specialist, you will be required to have a blend of creativity, data analysis, and a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices. We will count on you to be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for eCommerce and a strong desire to contribute to the success of our online business. Along the way, you will get to:

• Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns specific to the adoption and nurture of customers, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Conduct website analysis and identify areas for improvement in user experience and conversion rates.
• Help oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content for website, Inside Insight, social media, and email marketing campaigns for both the adoption of customers.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on investment (ROI).

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university College degree, preferably in business, journalism, communications or public relations.
• Self-directed and able to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and conceptual skill
• Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
