Job Overview

As a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns that increase traffic, conversions, and customer retention. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Manage and analyze PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging digital assets.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Performance Marketer, or similar role .
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms .
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools .
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo .
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple campaigns effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the retail, travel, or e-commerce industry .
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping .
• Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing is a plus.
