We are seeking an experienced course creation and marketing expert to help us build, launch, and scale our real estate investing course. This role requires expertise in Teachable (or similar platforms), ClickFunnels, sales funnels, copywriting, branding, paid advertising, and email marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of launching and growing online courses, understands how to build and optimize sales funnels, and can drive traffic through paid and organic marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Course Creation & Funnel Building • Set up and structure the online course on Teachable (or alternative platforms like Kajabi, Thinkific, etc.) • Design and optimize sales funnels using ClickFunnels to drive conversions • Develop high-converting landing pages, checkout pages, and thank-you pages • Implement lead magnets and tripwire funnels to maximize revenue Marketing & Lead Generation • Create and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive course sales • Launch and optimize Facebook, Google, and YouTube Ads • Execute organic growth strategies through social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) • Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to drive traffic to the course Copywriting & Branding • Write persuasive and engaging sales pages, email sequences, and ad copy • Develop branding and positioning strategies to differentiate the course from competitors • Craft compelling messaging that speaks directly to real estate investors and aspiring entrepreneurs Email Marketing & Automation • Set up and optimize email automation sequences using ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms • Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to increase conversions Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience launching and scaling online courses successfully • Expertise in ClickFunnels, Teachable, Kajabi, or Thinkific • Strong copywriting skills for sales pages, emails, and ads • Experience running paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) • Knowledge of email marketing automation (ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, etc.) • Experience with social media marketing and content strategy • Understanding of branding and positioning strategies • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze funnel and ad performance Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)• Knowledge of real estate investing industry or experience working with real estate professionals • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and marketing automation About Company: We are a rapidly growing real estate investment company looking to expand into the digital education space.
