Salary 100,000 - 140,000 USD per year

Requirements:

- - I require a Bachelor’s Degree or 9+ years of experience in a cyber role.
- I need at least 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- A CSSP-IR certification is required (e.g., CEH, CySA+).
- I expect you to have IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is essential.
- Experience working in a Cybersecurity Operations Center environment is desired.
- Familiarity with COTS technologies used in a Cybersecurity Operations Center is preferred.
- You should have a working knowledge of current COTS Cybersecurity technologies and database and operating system security.
- Knowledge of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols is necessary.

Responsibilities:

- - I will rely on you to provide detection, identification, and reporting of possible cyber-attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities.
- You will characterize and perform analysis of network traffic and system data to identify anomalous activity and potential threats to resources.
- I expect you to perform security event and incident correlation using information gathered from various sources within the enterprise.
- You will conduct cyber incident triage to determine scope, urgency, and potential impact; identify specific vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for expeditious remediation.
- I need you to track and document cyber incidents from initial detection through final resolution.
- You will analyze and assess damage to data/infrastructure as a result of cyber incidents.
- I expect you to perform cyber incident trend analysis and reporting.
- This position will require you to work 24x7 shift work with a 4/10 shift schedule, with hours dependent on the location.

Communication with co-workers, management, and customers is frequent, which may involve delivering presentations and requires the ability to exchange accurate information. Additionally, you must be able to detect information on a computer screen.
