Job Description:

We are looking for a work from home Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, drive customer retention, and ensure overall satisfaction. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs, resolving concerns, and helping customers maximize the value of our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Proactively manage customer accounts to increase engagement, retention, and satisfaction .
  • Identify and address client concerns while providing strategic solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, product training, and business reviews to ensure clients achieve their goals.
  • Track customer interactions, feedback, and performance metrics using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) .
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to improve customer experience and optimize service delivery .
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations .
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience using CRM or customer success software is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B client management or SaaS customer success .
  • Knowledge of customer retention strategies and data-driven decision-making .
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year (based on experience).
