Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Custom Cabinet Finisher to join our team. This role involves prepping, sanding, and finishing high-end cabinetry and millwork for luxury projects. If you have experience with wood finishing and spraying post-catalyzed and pre-catalyzed finishes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and sand wood surfaces before finishing.
- Spray post-catalyzed and pre-catalyzed finishes on wood cabinetry.
- Maintain a clean and organized spray room and work area.
- Ensure all finishes meet company quality standards.
- Work within specified timelines to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
Qualifications - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 10+ years of experience preferred in cabinet finishing.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to recognize and correct defects during production.
- Good physical stamina and dexterity.
