Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Schedule: Primarily Wednesday through Sunday.

Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable professional in the hospitality industry? We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Lead to take on the vital role of overseeing two F&B facilities and becoming an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in wine, possess a solid background in bartending, and have substantial supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the intricate opening and closing procedures for our esteemed facilities.
• Impeccable execution of bar setup to ensure seamlessly efficient service.
• Application of expert bartending skills to deliver nothing short of exceptional service.
• Active engagement with members to guarantee an outstanding and memorable experience.

Required Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, strongly emphasizing luxury dining environments.
• Proven track record of managing a team, including training and mentoring staff to uphold the highest service standards.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in wine selection, pairing, and service.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining supplies.
• Experience creating and implementing innovative beverage menus contributing to the overall dining experience.
• Previous responsibility for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations within a food and beverage setting.
