Client Experience Representative

Description:

As a Client Experience Representative at Carefeed, you will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting the Client Experience team in delivering exceptional service and helping clients get the most out of Carefeed’s platform.
Responsibilities include assisting with client onboarding, providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth experience as clients interact with Carefeed's solutions.
You will build, digitize, and create community portals, manage communication templates and support tools, track client activity and engagement, maintain internal documentation, and collaborate with the team to identify improvements and assist with training sessions.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for SaaS platforms with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new or proprietary software. Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Software Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Stream, OneNote), DocuSign, HubSpot, Adobe, and Canva.
Effective Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a customer-first mindset.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary.
Attention to Detail: Organized and meticulous in handling client information.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with other departments.
Customer-Focused: Positive, patient, and empathetic attitude.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in customer service, administrative support, or a related field; SaaS or tech experience is a plus.
