Job Title: Retail Salesperson – Vaporizer Store
Location: Boise,ID
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Salesperson to join our team at Elite Vapor. If you have a passion for vaporizers, e-liquids, and providing exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity to grow with our store!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable information on vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories
• Understand customer needs and help them find the right products
• Process transactions using a POS system and handle cash/credit card payments
• Maintain store cleanliness, ensuring products are neatly displayed and organized
• Keep up-to-date with the latest vaporizer products and trends
• Assist with restocking shelves and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any customer concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience in the vaping or smoke shop industry is a plus (we provide training if you are new and willing to grow)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Knowledge of vaporizers, e-liquids, and vaping accessories is a bonus but not required (we provide training)
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
