Use portion control equipment to accurately cut all product consistently and in accordance with specifications. Monitor proper storage and rotation of all products. Maintain a clean work area and operate in accordance with established health and safety procedures.

• Ensure proper storage and rotation of all butcher shop products.
• Operate and maintain butcher shop equipment in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Consistently adhere to all sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
• One (1) year of experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
• Must be able to maneuver 25 pounds regularly throughout shift.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
