• Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience at X-Golf.
• Drink and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and basic food items such as appetizers and snacks, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
• Order Management: Take food and drink orders accurately, input them into the point-of-sale system, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Reservation Management: Manage reservation systems effectively, including taking reservations, confirming bookings, and coordinating seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.

Skills  

• Mixology Expertise: Proficient in preparing a wide range of cocktails and drinks, with a solid understanding of various liquors, beers, and wines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
